Is a very natural gentle awakening of the human’s energy system, Kundalini flow and Non-Dual State of Consciousness (Oneness). It brings deep intuitive self healing process on all levels and the focus is the embodiment of this experience after sessions into your everyday life!

During LFA sessions next experiences might arise :
Energetic (warm/cold feelings, energy waves through a body)
Visual (active third eye, seeing lights/images/visions for mental release)
Emotional (anger, sadness, fear, laughter, joy… Please, allow everything to be expressed. This is your time to help yourself. Let it all go. You might want to scream, cry, laugh, all emotional release is welcome)
Kinesthetic (body movements, stretches, change position from horizontal to vertical, turn on a side. Do not think with your mind just allow your body to do it’s thing)
Bliss state
Not feeling anything or even fall asleep during a session. It is normalEnergy still does what it needs to do. Results and shifts can happen in everyday life)
Everyone is more or less sensitive to this energy, it is just a matter of time, some people need more time than others. The more sessions you do the deeper it goes, each session is different !
Online session!
You will be invited to a Zoom meeting.
At the beginning it will be an introduction about this practice.
Then one hour of direct energy transmission.
You will be lying down on a yoga mat or bed, whatever is more comfortable for you at the room. Place the camera so that the facilitator could see your full body, horizontal position from the side or vertical from the diagonal. Music will be played. Use any device that you enjoy listening to: headphones, phone, computer, audio speaker, as you wish. Enter your state of relaxation.
At the end of the session it is a moment to ground ourselves! If you would like to share your experience, feelings or to ask a question, this is the time for it.
In-person session!
Introduction about this practice.
One hour of direct energy transmission.
You will be lying down on a yoga mat. Music will be played.
Enter your state of relaxation. The facilitator directs energy from a distance or through touch to your chakras, meridians, points throughout the body.
At the end of the session it is a moment to ground ourselves! If you would like to share your experience, feelings or to ask a question, this is the time for it.
What to eat before the session?
For greater openness of the body to energy!
It is Recommended NOT to drink alcohol or consume drugs 24 hours before the session!
If possible, also avoid eating meat, pills, smoking, coffee, processed or heavy foods.
It is better to eat something that is soft to digest, such as vegetables, fruits, live and fresh foods.
What to do after the session?
After the session, please, drink more water. If you need to ground your body this can be handy: have a bite of a raw chocolate, take a shower, walk barefoot. Energy can still running. It is okay let it do the thing. Or you can feel so much relax. Try to go to sleep earlier.
Write down all your experiences to see a progress and important insights! That also will guide you and remind you every day what you truly choose for yourself. Step by step start doing it in the everyday life !
LFA Sessions are NOT recommended for :
people with mania, delusions, psychosis or any other serious mental problems. However, PTSD, depression and anxiety are not considered as mental illnesses, and energy session may be helpful for these conditions. Those taking antidepressants may be less sensitive, but it depends on the person and the medication. You should try it.
children under 18 years of age, if their’s parents or guardians are not with them during the session. Children under 13 years of age.
pregnant women in the third trimester. Late pregnancy is time for a rest and preparation for to give a birth, not for a reconfiguring the energy system. Also any pregnant woman who has not yet felt herself during the sessions and is in the steady process of her pregnancy.
people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
people with epilepsy or similar conditions.
people with high blood pressure or circulatory problems.
LFA sessions can be done by anyone who is in sufficient physical shape. The emphasis here is not a physical treatment. This is more the process of deepening consciousness, self-knowledge and self-healing!
